Q: What is the process to schedule a commercial pickup?

A: We start by providing a custom quote for your specific needs. Simply tell us who you are, where your business is located, and what materials you need picked up. Once we verify the details, we will provide a cost estimate. If that works for you, we will schedule your service and provide clear instructions on how to prepare for pickup day. If you are ready to schedule a pickup for your business, please use our Get a Quote form.

A: Our pickup services in the HSR Services division are primarily specialized for commercial businesses and organizations. For residential customers, we invite you to bring your items directly to our drop-off facility, please visit happystan.com/drop-off/ for details. While we are dedicated to helping our community recycle and keeping reusable items out of landfills, please note that drop-off fees may apply to support our processing standards.

A: To help us maintain a clean material stream, please ensure all items are dry and free of food residue, liquids, or oils. If you are bringing mixed loads, we appreciate it if you can separate materials by category (like keeping paper separate from plastic) to help us process everything efficiently.

A: Yes, drop-off fees generally apply to cover the costs of responsible recycling and processing.
